Policies

Deliveries

If bottles are not left out/ available for the delivery driver to replace, the driver will only leave one full bottle. If this happens and you need more bottles, please email delivery@h2odavis.com

All routes are geographically based, meaning we only deliver to one area per day.

Mondays and Every Other Tuesday are dedicated to Out of town deliveries ( Dixon, Winters, Woodland, Esparto, Napa, and Vacaville) and we cannot deliver to Davis drops on these days. 

Deliveries to Vacaville only occur twice per month. If delivery of water is necessary outside of the scheduled Vacaville delivery days, the account will receive an "Off Route/ Out of Area"  Service Charge of $50.

Changes to your bottle count/type must be done at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to prepare for your needs. 

If you would like to change the frequency of your deliveries, your Standing Order, or would like to place your deliveries on hold for vacation etc., please call our main line (530.753.1440) from 10AM-5PM or email us (delivery@h2odavis.com) at any time.

You are only charged for what we drop off, with the exception of our ‘Out of Area’ Charge.

Replacing empty bottles is determined by your Standing Order, which is what we originally drop off and maintain for you.

Standing Order EXAMPLE: If your Standing Order is 4 bottles, and you leave out 2 empty bottles on your scheduled delivery day, we will only replace 2 bottles, assuming you still have 2 at your location. If you leave out 6 empty bottles and your Standing Order is 4, we will only replace 4 bottles.

If you do not need water delivered, please let us know before your scheduled delivery day, either via email or phone call. You can also leave a note on your door.

If bottles are exceedingly soiled, you may be charged for additional cleaning/ replacement of the bottle. Bottles should be kept in a relatively clean state, as heavily soiled bottles can damage our equipment.


Billing

Around the end of the month, we will email you the invoice for the amount of water we dropped off.

Payments can be made through the email you receive, on our website's payment portal, snail mail check, In-Store, or over the phone if you choose.

We also offer Automatic/Recurring Billing. The authorization form for recurring billing is available upon request through billing@h2odavis.com

Invoices not paid after 60 days (or 2 unpaid invoices) will result in us notifying you via email and phone call that you are overdue.

If we have not yet heard from you one month (30 days) after initial contact, we will place your deliveries on hold. If we do not hear from you after 3 months (90 days), we will cancel your services.

If you wish to be placed back on the route after the above steps have been taken, we require that you place a credit card on file that is valid and can be charged the total amount due each month automatically.


Coolers

Events

For Rental Customers:

It is the responsibility of the renter to maintain and care for your cooler. 

We are unable to replace your cooler if it has been neglected or is past its warranty.

Should you need a replacement cooler we can offer you a top load of equal or lesser value to the cooler you initially rented. If your cooler is of lesser value, your cooler rental will be reduced to the appropriate rental charge.


We do not deliver to events; bottles and accessories must be picked up and returned by you or a representative on the pickup/ return dates. We do not provide cups.

We provide Reverse Osmosis in 5 Gallon Bottles $13.50 per bottle

We charge for each bottle provided for an event regardless of use. The bottles are considered "used" after leaving our facility.

Bottles and accessories (if provided) will be shown as line items on an invoice provided at the end of the event, when all loaned items have been returned.

Invoices are sent via email through our invoicing platform, Quickbooks. If any item is not returned, be it bottles or accessories, you will be charged full price for those items.

Water will not be prepared if we do not receive written acceptance.
