De-plumb the Equipment Room
Disconnect fill table
Remove artwork & displays from walls
MONDAY, DECEMBER 14 (DAY 1)
Remove & log active inventory
Strip equipment room
Electrical Panel work start - NO POWER FROM 10AM
New copper wiring from breaker room
Deconstruct old fill table
Prep showroom & equipment room for painting
Off-site Inventory
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15 (DAY 2)
Electrical installation - New panel & breakers
Paint Showroom & Bathroom
Install false walls behind new tables
Sketch piping routes on walls and inventory connections
Power back on in afternoon
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 16 (DAY 3)
Final Electrical boxes & conduit
Drain work begin for Plumbers
Move city feed connection
Place fill tables & prep for UV install
Install faucet decks on both tables
Prep for tile work
City inspection - Electrical
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17 (DAY 4)
Rebuild Equipment Room
Re-plumb city feed to Distiller (DS) and toReverse Osmosis (RO) Skid
Install new flow meter on RO Skid
Plumb RO Skid into UV, post-carbon, and storage tank
Finish painting
Begin tile work
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18 (DAY 5)
Plumb Distiller make tank into UV, post-carbon, and storage tank
Plumb transfer pump from RO to DS tank for pressure tank
Connect all showroom faucets to new supply lines
Begin leak test of pressure lines
County health inspection
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19 (DAY 6)
Dry fit of water connection to vending unit
Full equipment diagnostics and tests
Isolate and repair leaks
Final touch ups on painting and tile
Transfer showroom inventory back
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 20 (DAY 7)
Leak test continues
Begin program of vending unit - ELECTRICAL ONLY
Polish floor
